Private and Group Rides
Because hot air balloon flights depend on safe weather conditions, we cannot guarantee specific flight dates. Instead, we invite you to join the Hot Air Events Austin Priority Flight Club. Membership is free, and you'll be among the first to receive a text or email when our pilot identifies a flyable weather window. Flight opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, giving you the best chance to experience the magic of a sunrise balloon flight.
Current Flight Pricing
Shared Sunrise Flight: $300 per person
Private Sunrise Flight: $600 per person
When a flight becomes available, simply respond to our notification. We'll send you a secure booking link where you can reserve your spot with a $50 deposit per booking. After your deposit is received, we'll provide everything you need to prepare for your flight, including your meeting location, what to wear, and what to expect. You may remove yourself from the Priority Flight Club at any time by contacting us.
